......for 10 days.
I have to have surgery on my vocals chords on May 18th.
Found out today that this is how its going to roll:
- 10 days-silent
- next 10 days- talk for only 5 minutes each hour
- next 10 days-talk in only intimate settings (one-on-one)
- next 10 days-talk in only a small group
........6 weeks later.........
I'll be back to laughing and being myself.
That's all.

Man, that sounds like a tough schedule for the next little while. I'm sorry you have to get surgery, Brooke, but I hope it works! You'll have to let me know how it goes!
